Terms and Conditions of Sale.

By placing an order you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Printed, posted and faxed orders must be accompanied by a signature, full name and address, and telephone number.

American Express, Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Switch, Solo and Visa Debit cards accepted with valid card number, validity period and issue number where appropriate. By placing an order and providing debit or credit card details you are authorising Collectiques to debit your card account for the order total and confirming that you are authorised to make a purchase with that card. Cheques can only be accepted in UK Pounds Sterling drawn on a UK bank. Please allow 7 working days for clearance of cheques and 14 working days for business cheques. Sorry we cannot accept cash through the post or COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.

We regret that goods cannot be supplied on a trial basis. Please check specification, suitability and compatibility before ordering. Although our staff can offer advice they cannot confirm compatibility or suitability for a particular purpose. Photographs and pictures are provided for illustration purposes only unless otherwise stated. Many items are considered 'adult collectors items' and may not be suitable for children under the age of 14 years unless stated. A restocking charge may apply when returning a quantity of 3 or more of the same item.

Orders received by Collectiques will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible. By placing an order you are agreeing to the prices quoted and delivery terms. Collectiques cannot be held responsible for additional third-party charges you incur during any of placing, receiving, paying for or using a product or service. Items that have been ordered but are no longer required before dispatch must be explicitly cancelled by customer. Release dates for new items are provided as a guide only and can vary considerably even by a number of months on some items. Our staff cannot provide guarantee of availability for items not available from stock.

Goods offered subject to being unsold. In the event of non-availability of goods, we reserve the right to rescind the contract. Delivery times offered as a guide only. Delivery subject to cleared funds and stock.

All goods remain the property of Collectiques until paid for in full.

Claims for damage, non-functionality, and mis-shipping must be made within 28 days of receipt and no later than 56 days of dispatch. Receipt is considered delivery to 'delivery address' given by customer or collection from carrier.

All returns must be in stock condition, complete, unopened. You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of returned item. All returns must be in suitable packing. We are not liable for any consequential loss or expenses, howsoever caused, including incidental returns costs. We regret that we cannot accept delivery of items that require us to pay outstanding fees.

These terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders and in no instance shall Collectiques enter into any special agreement or arrangement or amendment to these terms and conditions with any individual or organisation.

If part of these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful, it shall not affect the validity of the remainder.

These terms and conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights. E & OE.
