When Are Items Sent?

Where items are in stock, they are normally sent within 24 hours from when you place your order. For orders placed before 1pm we aim to dispatch the same day. (Mon-Fri).

Delivery Times and Prices

How Much is Delivery outside of the UK?

For destinations outside of the UK, delivery is calculated by our ordering system and displayed on the Your Basket screen. Please select Add To Basket on product pages to calculate delivery. You must make sure that you have selected the correct delivery zone otherwise you will not see the correct delivery price.

Multiple Orders

Standard orders for different items in stock, placed at the same time (within 20 minutes of each other or otherwise before the first order is dispatched), to the same delivery address will be combined into one order.

Duplicate orders received on the same day will automatically be cancelled unless you have notified us that it was your intention to place a duplicate order.

Can I Pre-Order New Releases?

Yes - simply order in the usual way and your order will be dispatched as soon as the item is available. Please note, when ordering new releases, most items are developed right up until they are released and therefore minor specifications are subject to change.

Pre-Orders that become available for dispatch at the same time are combined into one order at the time of processing and dispatch. Pre-Orders can be placed for new items that are not yet available by clicking the Pre-Order button. Note that dates given for new releases are only provided as a rough guide and actual release dates can vary considerably.

On extremely rare occasions planned new releases have been cancelled and not produced by the manufacturer.

Unfortunately for many items we do not receive confirmed information about when new items are going to be available until a week before release. Manufacturers do not set fixed dates for release - items are distributed as soon as they arrive from the factory.

Notes

Royal Mail quote that 1st Class items can take up to 5 days. However, usually 1st class post is delivered next day or the day after. Both Royal Mail parcel and Parcelforce deliveries are made at a different time of the day to letter deliveries and can take place at any time during the working day. Customers are asked ensure someone will be available to take delivery of items at the delivery address given.

Non-working days not included in delivery times. Dispatch times subject to card/payment authorisation and stock. Royal Mail 1st Class does not have a guaranteed delivery time (usually items are delivered in 1-2 working days). Royal Mail Special Delivery is available at extra cost upon request and provides a delivery time guarantee. (for UK only).

International delivery times depend on customs clearance time and overseas delivery service or post office. The above delivery times relate to common destinations and for some individual countries may be longer.
