Many enquires, particularly communication from outside the UK, may be easiest relayed in writing. In these cases, please contact us by e-mail at sales@collectiques.co.uk.

If you are purchasing an item available from stock and paying by cheque, please send to: Collectiques, PO Box 736, Canterbury, CT1 3FQ, UK.

Important E-mail Notes

From Monday to Friday we endeavour to answer e-mail enquires within 24 hours.

It may be that the information you require already appears on-line. Each product has a dedicated page detailing information such as the item's price, whether we have it in stock, a picture, size, and specification.

In the interest of security, for enquires about existing orders, we can only respond to the registered e-mail address (or telephone number) on your Collectiques shopping account. Please ensure this information is up to date and correct. You can access and update it by clicking 'Account' on the top of any page.

Always include sufficient information in your messages so that we can fully determine your enquiry, such as an order number, product code, your name and address.

Collectiques.co.uk staff will never ask you for your username and password by any means, whether e-mail, telephone or letter. Enter this information only on our genuine web site when prompted.

We regret that we are unable to answer requests for valuations of old, antique, or collectable items. We are also unable to offer individual advice on selling antique or collectable items.

Please also ensure that you, and your e-mail service provider, are not blocking or filtering the e-mail we send you. We do not send unsolicited mail, only notifications about your orders, replies to you and news updates if you have requested them. If you have not received a reply or notification please check that your e-mail address is correct and is accepting mail from Collectiques.co.uk.

Frequent Questions..

Is it in stock? Products that are available for immediate dispatch are indicated by the words "In Stock" displayed below the price on each product page. This information is updated continuously.

How much for delivery? Or, how long for delivery? Please see our Delivery page.

Currency conversion. This is available by clicking 'Currency Converter' links on product pages and on the 'Your Basket' page. Because we operate entirely in UK Pounds Sterling we can only provide an estimate of prices in other currencies.
