The distinctive livery was designed by Cardiff Council to capture the essence of living in, working in, or visiting Cardiff Bay. The Bay Xpress has been operated successfully by Bebb Travel, a highly respected local bus operator, on behalf of Cardiff Council and the Welsh Assembly Government, who jointly fund the service
