A very sexy show!! It says so on the tramcar!.......Yet another of Blackpool Pleasure Beach’s summer spectaculars starring Richard DeVere. Finished in the ‘corporate’ white applied to the 2005 tranche of Pleasure Beach adverts, this livery makes yet another Balloon appear huge as it glides its way along Blackpool’s Promenade. These vinyl wrap adverts, necessitated by the tragic death of former professional signwriter Brian Hamer, make it difficult to believe that these ‘stately’ ladies of the tramway are now well over 70 years old. Despite their age, they are the main means of travelling along Blackpool’s 11 mile coastal tramway – an essential part of the Metro Coastlines network operated by Blackpool Transport. 50% of the models produced will carry the destination Bispham and 50% will carry the destination Cabin. - Destination, Cabin - 1934
