David Murray started out in business on his own in 1987 when he purchased his first vehicle to undertake the haulage of agricultural produce for a local Carnoustie Company. Since then the fleet has grown steadily and over the years a wide variety of vehicles has been operated. Currently the majority of the fleet comprises DAF XF95 units of which SP53 AEB is a typical example. Based in Carnoustie, near Dundee, the vehicles in the fleet proudly proclaim their Scottish origins and are instantly recognisable being adorned with the Murray tartan and bearing the clan motto ‘Aye Ready’.
