L-1049H Super Constellation, N7131C (c/n 4828) was delivered new to National Airlines on 11 Sept. 1957 and served the airline well, until it was withdrawn from use at Miami in 1963. The following year it was bought by Nordair of Canada, becoming CF-NAK, following which it flew relief flights with Canairelief Air Ltd from December 1968, until it crashed whilst landing at Uli Airstrip, Biafra on 3 August 1969.
