This large-scale (1:32) replica reproduces the Messerschmitt flown by Luftwaffe ace Oberleutnant Heinrich Ehrler over Finland during March 1943. It is remarkable for the special short-term (therefore washable) camouflage applied to suit the terrain. Note the 77 recorded Soviet ‘kills’ recorded on the rudder, just one of the unprecedented levels of detail.
