Avro York MW267, KY-N represents an aircraft of No. 242 Squadron, one of eight squadrons and one Operational Conversion Unit of RAF Avro Yorks on the Airlift.

The first 12 aircraft arrived at the airlift base at Wunsdorf on the evening of 1 July 1948 under the command of Wing Commander G.F.A. Skelton.
