Limited Edition. KLM (Koninklijke Luchtvaart Maatschappij) - Royal Dutch Airlines - ordered nine V803s in June 1955 for use on its European sectors. PH-VIB was the second of KLMs order, built as contruction number 193 by Vickers-Armstrong at Bournemouth and delivered new on 27th July 1957. KLM Viscounts were named after early aviation pioneers, PH-VIB being named 'Louis Bleriot'. 1n 1967, the entire fleet was bought by the Irish national airline, Aer Lingus.
