Initially ordered by Canadian Pacific Airlines the maiden flight took place on 13th June 1958. Sold by Canadian Pacific Airlines, CF-CZD was purchased by Caledonian Airways. The aircraft was painted in the Caledonian Airways livery and together with the name 'County of Inverness' was marked up as G-ATNZ. Operated from 31st January 1966, the aircraft was re-named 'County of Ayr' being operated by Caledonian/BUA from 17th May 1966. G-ATNZ was leased to IAS Cargo Airlines on 10th March 1971, and finally purchased on 20th May 1971. G-ATNZ was withdrawn from service and stored at Biggin Hill, Kent, during late April 1971 and broken up and scrapped during June 1972.
