Original used to get an aerial fix on ground activities, this H-47 Helicopter was once shared by Chicago Fire and Police Departments, as well as local television stations seeking out a bird's-eye view to report on the Windy City's notorious rush-hour traffic. In between catching a few crooks and steering commuters clear of the daily crush of cars, this H-47 was fitted with pontoons for water-based rescues and enjoyed a facelift.
